CAREERS · HYDERABAD

Small team, real releases,
your name on the work

We pretrain and fine-tune models, publish them openly, and build the data platform and agents around them. There are very few of us, so everyone works on something that ships and talks to the founder directly. We hire when there is real work waiting, and we say plainly what that work is.

Digital Marketing Intern

Hiring Internship Hyderabad · hybrid 3 to 6 months Reports to the founder
Apply by email

We publish a new open model every few weeks, each with its evals and a written account of where it fails. Most of the people who would use them never hear about it. Your job is to fix that: turn each release, blog post and product update into something the right engineers and buyers actually see, and then tell us honestly what worked.

The audience is technical: ML engineers, data teams, and CTOs at banks, hospitals and manufacturers. They trust numbers and are put off by hype, so the writing has to be precise. You do not need to code, but you do need to want to understand what a model does well enough to explain it in two sentences.

What you will do

  • Launch models. For each release on Hugging Face, write the LinkedIn and X posts, cut a short video from the demo, and keep the model pages on the site current.
  • Distribute the blog. Get each engineering post in front of the communities that care, and track where readers come from.
  • Run search and paid campaigns with a small budget: keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and the attribution already on the site.
  • Report weekly from GA4 and the ad dashboards: what moved, what did not, and what to stop doing.
  • Build the calendar. Plan posts around releases, events and the hiring and research news we have.

What we look for

  • Clear written English. Short sentences, real numbers, no buzzwords. This matters more than anything else on the list.
  • Curiosity about AI. You read about models because you want to, not because the job says so.
  • Comfort with numbers. Spreadsheets, click-through rates, and the patience to find out why a figure changed.
  • Some visual craft. Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar is enough; taste matters more than the tool.
  • A bonus, not a requirement: an account, page or channel you grew yourself, and can tell us how.

What you get

  • Your work goes live within days, under your name where it can be, not into a review queue.
  • Direct mentoring from the founder, who writes most of the product and the posts today.
  • A real portfolio: launches, campaigns and numbers you can show the next employer.
  • A stipend, an internship certificate and a letter of recommendation that says what you actually did.
  • A path to a full-time role if it works for both sides.

Good to know

  • We work from T-Hub 2.0, Hyderabad, with remote days. Some time on site each week is expected.
  • Students in their final year and recent graduates in any subject are welcome. Marketing, journalism and engineering backgrounds all fit.
  • We read every application, and we reply to every one, including the ones that are a no.

To apply, email contact@thinkingdbx.com with the subject Digital Marketing Intern. Include a few lines about yourself, links to anything you have made, and one LinkedIn post (under 150 words) announcing VOICEx, written from its model card.

Not this role?

Tell us what you would build here

We open roles in engineering and research when there is work to fill them. If you have trained a model, shipped a data pipeline or written something we should read, send it. A good note can come before a job post does.
